Rhenda and her ensemble, will bring Brazil to the Milton Theatre! Nothing will set your sway in motion like a Bossa Nova! No one other than the Brilliant Brazilian composer, Antonia Carlos Jobim, or world reknown vocalist, Astrud Gilberto, could make a better case for hearing music, that simply evokes LOVE!
Rhenda will perform Portuguese classics, such as "Girl From Inpanema," to lesser known gems, "Tristeza," and a few R&B classics, ripped from the Roberta Flack catalogue, with that Bossa feel, such as "Feel Like Makin' Love, et al...
All-in-all, you might want to call the Bartender in advance and tell him/her..."It's Martini Time!"
The historic Milton Theatre is a uniquely diverse venue where you will find the best local, regional, national, and international talent. Free municipal and on-street parking are available. Full bar and light food options available. This facility is fully accessible.http://miltontheatre.ticketfly.com/event/1501183/

Rhenda worked as a corespondent for the Suburban & Wayne Times, in Southeast Delco, writing a weekly column, "The ABC of It!" She reviewed children's literature for both, American and Canadian publishers. It offered weekly suggestions for inexpensive activities for families on a budget, also reviewing new educational toys for kids, coordinated with seasonal themes and holidays. Rhenda currently maintains a social media platform to continue her mission of "The ABC of it," that introduces children and their parents to diversity in children's literature.
